The Esplanade is located prominently on the waterfront at Elizabeth Quay - one of Perth’s newest destinations and rapidly transforming into a thriving business hub and centre of entertainment, culture and community. 

Against a backdrop of high expectations, lacklustre results from similar precincts, competition from established CBD properties and new rivals within Elizabeth Quay, 9 The Esplanade needs to win the hearts and minds of future tenants - from blue chip giants to innovative newcomers. 

To do this we needed to frame the Nine - and Elizabeth Quay brand stories in a compelling way.
