With its current tenant (Commonwealth Bank) soon to be ending their lease, the owners of 10 Dawn Fraser Avenue in Sydney Olympic Park were keen to find a new tenant. We were successful through a pitch process with being tasked to create a strong, unique and memorable branding campaign. While others saw its location as a weakness, we decided to run with it with the aim of creating an emotional response in an audience that would generally make a more rational decision.
Sydney Olympic Park is seen as a dead end. The train station is quite literally the end of line. Yet with dedicated bus routes, ample parking AND the train line, 10 Dawn Fraser is easily accessed from all areas of Sydney.
The cultural scene is also seen as not as vibrant as other parts of the city.
These are negative factors when wanting to attract & retain staff. Yet with lifestyle programs, entertainment and sporting venues close by, numerous cafes and bars, 10 Dawn Fraser is a lifestyle and community driven hub.
Its all about perception & correction. Lets spread the word and promote 10 Dawn Fraser Avenue as cultural and convenient.
